Rhubarb and almond tart

These are frangipane tarts with poached seasonal fruit. The sweetness of the shortcrust pastry and the frangipane is contrasted by the sweet and sour taste of the poached rhubarb. The addition of crème pâtissière to the frangipane also brings it to another level. 

Ingredients: Organic White Flour, Filtered Water, Vinegar, Butter, Sugar, Milk, Eggs, Almond Meal, Vanilla Extract, Grand Marnier, Sea Salt, Rhubarb
