Vanilla Eclairs
There are numerous variations of recipes for vanilla eclairs. Our eclairs are made looking deliberately rustic, but every component is made to complement the taste of the whole. The choux pastry is made with real 82% British butter and free range eggs. The filling is a mixture of whipped cream and vanilla custard which results in a lighter and fluffier texture. And instead of the traditional icing we use delicious ganache made with rich chocolate. Worth a try!
